Has anyone found a creative way to temporarily mount some sort of flag pole on the new Wings (2018+), for use in slow parades and static displays?
I don't have the radio and CB aerials which came in handy for that purpose on my previous generation GL1800's. The trunk rack I have installed is flat profile rather than tubular (see photo), so the mounts I have don't work on that. I also don't have a trailer hitch, which used to be great for mounting a nice long pole and large flag.
I just can't see any obvious mounting places for even a modest whip aerial or telescopic antenna which I could cable-tie a small flag onto.
