Hey Guys:
Have an "08" Gl1800 stock windshield. I live in the southwest (Tucson). When it rains here it rains heavy. Stock windshield does not do a great job of removing water off it. Was wondering if folks know of a replacement for stock shield that works well at removing rain and is still adjustable.

When I wax my bike (once a month usually) I put a coat of wax on the windshield, helps repel the water, I also use wax on my shower doors in my home, helps the water to bead off and just a pass with a squeegee finished the job.

I use Plexus on my windscreen and it beads really well.

Sponge Bob,
I'd try the RainX for plastic. Their regular liquid works really well on my car & truck windshields. Like Joe said, a good coat of wax should work also.
I replaced the stock windshield on my '10 with a F4 windshield. I needed something taller. It has a special coating on it that does shed water very well. They are not cheap but the quality is top notch.
