Truer words never spoken. Although I think this guy should have seen this coming.Just remember that it (frozen precip) can be lurking in the shadows. Dilligence is due!
He wasn't going very fast. Do you reckon he tapped the brakes? Seems to me that had he just let off the throttle... I'm trying to think what would work in that situation. It's been 35+ yrs since I rode in the snow with ice packed down by cars.Truer words never spoken. Although I think this guy should have seen this coming.
Geez....The temps had to be low. Loafers, Fingerless gloves...talk about ill equipped. Nice bike though!!!Seriously riding with loafers. What a nobhead.![]()
Looked to me either he tapped the brakes or leaned a little. Keeping it straigt should have carried him across it. I ran into this last year with some ice and snow hanging in where it was shaded. Used to ride up in the UP of Michigan where I attended college and we rode as long as there was no snow on the road. Maybe I'm just luckier than this guy.He wasn't going very fast.
