Nice link there doc. I don't have an electrical outlet visible from the console.... but for an instant check on your electrical system... that sure is a good way to go. On sale too!

I have the Markland temp and electric gauge.

Never seen them before. I have seen digital and analogue ones that you wire in though; had an analogue one on my 1200 after the first stator went. Saved my hiney more than once.

i take it with me when i go look at bikes, i have one of those 12v power outlets that clip on the battery that i use on bikes without a 12v power outlet

Wow wait, and it works too:eek: even better :rolleyes:

This was my first voltmeter on my 1500. It work great till the temperture got up into the upper 90ty's then it would start readings that were all over the place. it replaced the Honda badge on the radio panel. Too bad it turned out that way I really kind of like it.

i don't leave it plugged in my bike i use it to test batterys, alternators, and stators on bikes i might want to buy
