Tried to start my trike. Pushed starter - nothing.
Tried 20 times. Plenty of power in the battery. Walked away. Came back later that day - started right up. Next day same thing. Later, when trying again it did not want to make contact and when trying to start it sounded like a cellinoid or starter problem. Now it just clicks and the 'cruise set' light comes on until key is turned off. Diagnosis anyone?????

Hello and welcome to the forum.
How old is the battery?
Load test?
Make sure all connections are clean and tight.
Relay 'A' is the one along side the battery make sure the connection is good.
Is the cruise control disengaged?

WD-40 the heck out of the starter switch. Work it, spray behind / into it as possible, work it. Turn on key and hopefully... VROOOM, VROOOM. Give it a shot. Can't hurt.

I have, and personally experienced, seen some issues related to the start button. It's the first place to " start " ( along with good battery connection ),

Thanks everyone for their help.
After doing further research I determined the problem was the starter relay. In order to get to it (view it) I had to remove the battery and the battery box. I found out you can see it (starter relay) but I couldn't figure out how to remove it. Decided I'd better button it up and take it to the shop. I determined that the terminals and the connections I cleaned yesterday could use more cleaning. I pulled out my trusty DRUMEL tool with a wire brush and scoured every connection until they were bright and shiny. I then reassembled everything and guess what?
NO MORE STARTER PROBLEMS!
Moral to the story: Your connections cannot be too clean
