Hi. Can anyone confirm that the Rear Suspension (ecu) Control Unit is located in front left fairing pocket behind the up/down switch? and also is it called
"CUSHION, CONTROLLER UNIT
36705MCAA61 "
as shown in OEM parts list?

The actual control unit is behind the right side saddle bag. it is operated with the switches you mentioned, The unit moves a piston to push hydraulic fluid to the shock. Fred Harmon has an excellent Video on how this works and how to adjust the control unit so that it begins to adjust the shock immediately instead of waiting for the indicator to show3 - 5 increments before any movement is made.

I just pulled mine apart yesterday and refilled it with oil. 45 minute job and it works perfectly now. Odd thing it was totally dry but no leaks in sight so I am thinking it was never filled or had been fiddled with at some point in the past.
