Ok so I finally got it out (the stator). I was wondering if anyone had a idea what happened. You see when I got it out, The windings on the stator toward the middle (center of windings ) were worn down. The nut on the rotor was lose. Just hanging on the shaft. Could that of let the rotor move toward the stator and make the worn windings. Other then that all the parts shaft, nut all look good. Is my idea right. Can I put some lock tight on the nut to keep it where it should be. The rotor does have some marks on the inside center but it looks good other then that.

hi jay, blue threadlocker can't hurt but the proper torque setting is the best thing to do. I beleive it to be 45 ft lbs. good luck
