After 24 days in the shop I was told my '09 GW was ready to roll. Seems the problem was the sub-wire harness, but as stated in previous threads, I've been told it was fixed before!!

Here's my beef...today! How did I find out my bike was done, I had to call and ask and on each call they didn't know...they were waiting for Corp. to give them the word. This is the same Honda Corp. that said they would keep me in the loop as to progress. They called me once during the 24 days on their own and twice after I called them. Here's the kicker, when I expressed some hesitation as to whether the bike was fixed....this is the answer I get from Honda Corp. "Maybe you should ride near the Dealership in case it breaks down again." Hey Corp. Customer Service.....way to instill confidence in your assessment and fix of the problem.

24 days and I should ride close to the Dealership????? Well tomorrow I'll pick it up and ride it a bit....not near the Dealership but on the road.
