Comparing the actual honda shop service manual to the other service/repair manuals such as clymers, which one is the best buy, easiest to follow and understand. I have a clymers for the early 1800's but am looking to get one for the later models now.

Always get a factory manual when you can, the others are fair at best..full of mistakes and even misleading info.

+1 on the service manual.
.

The service manual is worth it's weight in gold and the electrical schematics in the back are good to have as well.

BTW, I eventually bought the powersports illustrated dvds and like them alot too. I watched a chapter on changing a tire the night before and then went out and did it the next morning. I would have eventually done it but it would have been alot more painful. They also gave a couple of tips along the way like, " while this is apart, go ahead and grease this or that". That info to me is priceless as well.
