I am having real problems with my brakes on my 83 GL 1100 Interstate. The right front and rear brakes are connected on the 83 and they are locking up on me. I removed and rebuilt the master cylinder and both callipers. The master cylinder leaked like crazy when I put it back together so I removed it and reworked it and now it's fine. The problem is that all this work did nothing to solve my problem. Somehow when I engauge the brake pedal it pushes the cylinders out but something is preventing the fluid from coming back when I let off the pedal. The brakes just keep getting tighter and tighter. Could it be the distribution valve that connects the front and rear callipers together?

each resevour has a small hole in it and if its obstructed the brakes will not work properly
if there is rust/ dirt/ grit around the pistons in the calipers the brakes will not work properly
