Being new the GW world I am definnetly not used to so much plastic and fibre glass to remove to get to work. My first add on my 2005 is aux power plug to power my GPS. I see out side manufactures offing plugs some say they plug into the existing wiring harness. Some not. Do I wire to the fuse box? Are there open spots for this? Do I have to go to the battery? Anyone suggest what they have done. Money is not the issue I won't skimp on what I need.

I also want to up grade my front and add rear speakers. Any one done this and can you suggest a set? Are they plug and play in the back? Did Honda run the wires and not install the speakers?

Help if you can.. Thanks Mike

i wired my power point directly to the battery on both wings, i use my mp3 player with fm modulator more than the gps. if the power point is wired to the acc terminal in the fuse box the power point turns off and on with the ignition. if the ignition is turned off it resets the station i have the fm modulator set at. i can always listen to a tape and let the gps charge if it gets low

Good point we don't like a lot of the foreign cars becasue they don't power their 12 power supplys unless the ingnition is on. Did you put a fuse in the line?
