Now that I ve ridden my new to me wing (98 1500) a bit over the month or so since I got it. I have tinkered with it, but am ready to go deeper and prepare for some things I want to do in the winter. I was suppose to get a shop manual from the previous owner, however, he said he forgot it at his shop when I picked the bike up. He keeps texting he will send it, but hasnt so Im tired of waiting.

I will put an add in the wanted section after I figure out, what it is I want as usually there are more than one company that makes service manuals.

So I would like opinions on good ones or even maybe ones I shouldnt be interested in, because they arent well written. I have seen this in car manuals, I dont want to repeat that. just looking for opinions mostly. and maybe good places to look for them at a reasonable cost. done ebay, wasnt much there.

thanks in advance,
Bob

What the doctor said, the Honda shop manual is the best in my opinion.

There's some decent aftermarket (Clymer etc) but the OEM is still preferable.
