Good day,
Im wondering if anyone can help me out with an advice?
How do one get the taxes back that was paid in a different province?

I live in Ontario and mymbike was purchased in Quebec where have higher provincial taxes then Ontario.

Sorry to be slow on replying on this, missed the post. I'm not sure there is a way to get out of province taxes back, only out of country taxes that you paid on goods bought outside the country. Then you'd get hit with GST/PST or HST on top of that most likely. I'd check with Provincial Registries and see if any of them know if there's a way.

If it was a purchase and you took it out of province to immediately register it in Ontario and plated it , you can call the SAAQ in Quebec and they will help you to get a refund. If however you plated it in Quebec and rode it there and then moved to Ontario you won't have any option but to live with the situation.
