Supposedly, my 1989 GL1500 has front air shocks. I looked around for the the place to inject air, but don't know where it is. I know where it isn't - under the fork mount bolt hold covers. So where is it?

Thanks,
Greg

The only thing under the black caps are the fork mount bolts; borne out by the fiche you provided Joe. The fiche shows an air cap and valve and it appears it'se xploded form somewhere, but I can't tell from where. Anyway, the fiche was a great idea. I'll double check for any other black caps. Thanks to both of you guys.

If there is not an air valve under the black fork cap then your forks have most likely been replaced with ones that do not have the air in them.
