Hello Goldwing friends.
On one of my front brake calipers (photo attached), there are two pins, one of which has come nearly out. Anyone know the trick for getting the pin back in?
I've tried but that sucker won't go.
Thanks in advance,
Pat, SCMGR.

the clip that holds the pin inplace is bent, broken, or missing

Ditto on retainer, whatever is used.To get pin back in,pry caliper over to compress pistons,so the pad will free up. The pin goes thru the pad.Not sure what keeps pin in,so you will need to pull caliper off to find out.

The pin-is-in!

Thanks for the replies.
I got the pin back in and re-secured the bracket on the inner side which holds the two pins in place. It must have vibrated loose over the years which allowed one of the pins to work its way out.
Again, thanks for the feedback.
