What size do you normally wear? Do these just run small?

I have all sizes of shoes from 12-14. I have another pair of boots from the same company but a different model....size 12 and they fit fine. These just seem to run small or maybe it's a narrower shoe. I got these delivered the day before I was to leave on a trip...tried on the right boot and discovered I couldn't wear them.

One of the reasons I didn't send them back to the shipper was that it was going to cost $26.00 to send them back to the midwest. That was with UPS...the actual US mail may be less. Let me check and see.

No side zippers. Even though they were slightly small, I had no issue getting my foot inside. They are probably perfect for someone with narrower feet or someone that normally wears an 11.
