I just got my 2005 wing and it has about everything I want except for highway pegs. I gotta have pegs! The problem is which pegs to buy. Because of the way the engine sits I want to make sure I get good pegs that are maneuverable so I can find the right comfort zone. That engine can put out some heat and I want my legs to be far enough away from it but no scraping during the turns. I was looking at these:

Any suggestions for the wingdinger? :)

I use Kury Ergos with boards on my 1800. I have a pal who's sending me the shorter arms for them, the 6" are a tad long for my liking.

They can be bought with two different arm lengths. I have the longer one (6")

Double check on this . My experience last year was that they come with the 6 in. arm extension. A shorter arm will cost you another $45 and if the 4.5 in. arm extensions are still too long another $40 some dollars will get you the mini arms. At least that was the road I had to follow.

It all boils down to inseam.

Both models use the same clamp base. I have a 30" inseam and these fit me fine:

If you have really long legs, this might be your answer:

If you're in-between, you'll have to choose one of the two above, plus a 4.5" arm:

Let us know your inseam and I'm sure someone on this forum with similar build can offer input. Or, call Wingstuff or Kury to see what they recommend.

It's the same with buying clothes over the internet, so let's start by size comparison. With your boots on what is the measurement in inches from your shoe heel to your.........crotch ? Mine is about 33 in. and I have finally settled on the " Mini Arm " extenders.

The Kuryakyn Ergo Pegs with extenions work for me. I'm 6'1" and could not get comfortable with regular pegs. The Ergo's by themselves were okay, but my inner knees rubbed the fairing, adding the extenions (there are two sized, I used the longer one, 3.5 inches I think) cured my problem; however, in the twisties one has to be careful the pegs don't scrape. I don't lean excessively so I don't have that problem. :) Re: Floorboards, I wear a size 14 boot and cannot use them, the stock pegs and the Ergo's work for me. Ride Safe
