My buddy has an '86 Wing, but he kind of lives in the stone age because he has no computer, so he asked me to search for a luggage rack for him.

His Wing has the factory luggage rack that came on the bike, but he told me there's another rack available for his bike that's actually mounted about 3 or 4 inches further towards the rear of the bike. Do you any of you know about this rack and where it can be purchased?

Hey gramps - This other rack he's talking about. I suspect what he saw were modified mounting brackets so the luggage could be moved back a couple inches. I've seen it. The main purpose is to give the passenger more room, especially when the rider uses a backrest and the passenger is squished.
