To: PALMETTO TRIKES

It is with a heavy heart today that I pass the news on to you that John Lehman, founder of Lehman Trikes, passed away last night. If you did not know him, it was your loss. He had a passion for life, the products he built, and for his family. I valued his council and trusted his judgment. We have lost a pioneer in our industry and a friend. Please remember his wife Linda and their children in your prayers.

Sincerely,

Sad news indeed. Although I never owned a trike, people I talked to about his conversions were always very happy with the results and products. RIP John.

Although I haven't spoken to him in several years, I did know John. I dealt with him directly when I had my 1500 converted. I live and work an hour from Westlock, AB where his original shop is/was. I also had the good fortune of knowing his daughter Leanne. My sincerest condolences to the entire family. Rest well John.

The 'Godfather' of trikes one of the pioneers of the modern trike.
He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in Sturgis South Dakota in 2009.
I never met him but as a person involved in the trike world, I'll miss him.
My prayers to his family.
