It's not that bad. To change the rear tire on a Goldwing.
It's not that bad. To get it hoisted and blocked up to work on.
It's not that bad. To tie center stand to keep it safe.
It's not that bad. To get brake caliper off to remove said tire.
It's not that bad. re-installing tire.
It's not that bad. to re-install brake caliper.
It's not that bad. to remove the tied up center stand
It's not that bad. To get bike back to ground level.
WHEN IT FALLS OFF CENTER STAND.

Yea I had a strap around center stand to hold it in place. Thought I could release to prepare to set it down. Well you know what happen then.

No pictures please. . We 1800 riders lay our bikes on the side to change the rear tire and even under a controlled fall it doesn't look pretty lying there.

Actually the fact that it is a GW no damage done. Picked it up and all is well. The view of iy going over wasworse then the fall. Thanks to all concerned.

Come on now, it's not that hard to pull the whole rear section off on a 1500. But then again I've done it so many times, my son and I have down to about 1.5 hr for a rear tire swap.

what sucks is you did what you could to prevent this, yet it happened anyway.
Glad your Wing is unharmed. Dont forget to take your number.:D
I am thinking about just pushing mine over and getting it over with.:eek:
