I happened to stumble on a good deal for new Hondaline exhaust tips on eBay; saved over $100. Got'em today and installed right away. Thought I'd share the pix. Also looks like I have an extra pair of stock tips to sell if anyone is interested.

Those are nice. I never realized how ugly my stock tips looked from the rear until you posted these pictures. Thanks, I think.

It was a toss up between those and the turndowns. I went with the turndowns, but now I'm not so sure...

The tips do look nice.

I noticed the car sitting next to it and can't help myself. :D

No probs with the retainer bolts? Lots of owners say the holes don't always line up to well. I think the Kuryakin's are worse than the Hondaline tips but I've heard the stories about the Honda's too.

The holes lined up perfectly and the fit and finish were perfect; the only issue is that there is a small gap between the pipe chrome and the tip. I can lengthen the mounting slot a little to close the gap; I'll do that this weekend though for $114 I can live with it. The price has gone up to $229.

I liked the same exhaust tips on my '06 but they don't look as good on my 2012 because they don't stick out the back of the saddlebags as far.
