Just got this bike yesterday (11-26-11) it runs rough, VERY VERY VERY cold blooded I have to feather the throttle to get it off idle once it revs past about 2500 it seems to smooth out. I pulled one of the plugs it was pretty fuel fouled. The video isn't the greatest, not sure what was up with the audio (cell phone video) but I am hoping it's enough to get a yay or nay on this.

Yes max, your wing needs some tender loving care. It should not idle like a Vtwin. As always this is just one Ole Fossil's opinion.

HD spent a lot of money getting that trade-mark lumpy 'potato, potato' cadence in the exhaust note... you could be asking for a copyrite battle here; and the engine needs to shake a whole bunch more LOLOLOL.
On a more serious vein, yes I'd sync the carbs, but after I had them rebuilt. I'd also have a look at the the plug wires and end caps, and then the entire fuel system.
