Hey guys I checked my clutch fluid the other day on my 1997 Goldwing GL1500 SE with 24K, and damn!!! Some moisture over time turned the fluid to a thick rusty color. So I sucked it all out of the resivor and in the bottom there was thick brownish sluge all over. I cleaned that all up really well and add some new Dot 4 fluid and cycled the clutch handle several times getting more brown crap up from the line. I did this a few this and WOW can I tell a HUGE difference it how my wing shifts in all gears!

Ok now back to the question. Where in the heck is the bleeder screw at? Or better yet where is the cluch housing located.

Thanks in advance!

Scott...:)

The bleed valve for the 1500 is located on the left side. Remove both the left side panels. It is located down low under where the front panel was and should have a small rubber boot over it.
