Hello from Montgomery TX. (About 50 miles north of Houston. This area has some of the best rides this side of the Rocky mountains. Lots of two lane roads winding through the piney woods of SE Texas. Lots of wings in this neighborhood.
Close by are attractions such as Johnson Space Center, Galviston Island, Astroworld, the casinos in Lake Charles LA and much more. It is a nice ride from here to San Antonio to see the Alamo, River walk, old missions ect. The greatest time to plan a trip here is from late September-December and late Feb-June. Dec-early Feb are cold but rarely below freezing. Jul-Aug are our hot months. This year we had 17 days of temps +100 Deg. I ride daily (When the bike isn't in the shop
) So if you add up the hot and cold months, it leavs 8 months of delightfull riding.
