Hi Everyone

George - Sequencer - here from the West side of Denver (Golden-way). I bought an oldy 1989 GL1500 in October, with a matching trailer ... 89,000 miles
but starts and runs fine. Here's a pic of our first trip out to a VRBO in Del Norte, Colorado ... beautiful ride out - freezing on the way back. A bunch of snow since Christmas
so just starting to get it out again ..... SO TEMPTED to get me a new DCT, but, well - you know - so I'll be sticking with this one for a while. I've never had a GoldWing before so I find it a bit unnervingly heavy - until it's moving, then surprisingly nimble - I guess you get used to the stationary mass.

Anyhow, that's all - just wanted to say Hi - which looks best, the Wing or Colorado!!

Cheers

Welcome from the northern tier of PA. My first wing was and "89" 1500 maroon in color. Nice looking bike. Enjoy the forum and ride safe.

Welcome to you from Mississippi. Get out to a parking lot and practice slow speed maneuvers. It'll feel good once you get some practice and used to it. They really have a low center of gravity that helps. There are videos out there to show you how to pick it up when you drop it. I've seen a 95 pound woman upright a downed Wing. Enjoy the ride.

Welcome from Utah! What looks best you ask? It's the wing in Co. outside with no snow on the ground! Hows that?
