Proud owner of 2009 Goldwing and boy am I mad!!!

Love the bike but the weather turned nasty and cold and I can't ride her as much as I want!!!! :) That makes me mad.

Bought the Navi/comfort/audio/XM in the metallic blue color and can't be happier. I did a lot of shopping and after all the charts, pricing and "eye appeal" the Goldwing was hands-down the winner.

Looking forward to reading helpfull hints from fellow riders.

Another one from VA

Hey Ed, don't know where Troy is. I live in Fredericksburg, and these last couple days are the ONLY two I haven't ridden in a while. Just traded an ST1300 for a 2008 GW. Have always wanted one, and this was a repo, so I lucked out. I used heated jacket and gloves, and insulated pants and boots. Ride everyday there's not snow or ice. Saw the wings, retired Army here, been in the DC area for nearly 6 years since getting out.

still ridin' in the weather

I have the heated gloves and jacket, and next year may go for the pants. Takes a lot for me to want to stay off the bike. Look for me on I-95 with big American flag on the back of my jacket, smoking a cigar at highway speeds!
