Well posting this is a good start for interaction here. I would say that you can search for what use to be some of the former Goldwing Chapters in your area.
If you edit your profile and enter your town and state (hoover over my icon) that will give GWOF members a start location to contact you.
Before all the intrusions from scammers, the forum had a list of members, and if they included their locations, you could've checked for people in your geographic location. I have a written list of members in my geographic location that I started just a few days ago to see if anyone wants to get together for rides or meet & eats. Just remember to use the Conversations under you icon on the upper right banner.
Talk to your local dealer. He may know be able to give you some leads to people in your area. Also, watch for charity rides and poker runs. You'll meet a lot of local riders at these.

I'd suggest you organize a party at your place which includes a bus trip into Nashville to spend a night on Broadway. That would get lots of us interested!
You can go to the National web site for Southern Cruisers Riding Club Southern Cruisers Riding Club and search for a chapter near you. They are listed by state, there you will found contact information for the First Officer for your location.
