I just purchased my first Goldwing, a teal 1994 SE, and I am looking forward to learning more about my bike from those whose mechanical experience and abilities are beyond mine (won't take much).

Welcome aboard!! That bike brings back memories! Our 1st 1500 was a 92 Teal Green like yours only the previous owner had loaded it with all the chrome he could get on it!! Weighed it at a grain elevator scale as they are very accurate, 1020 lbs with nothing in the saddlebags and half a tank of fuel!!!
