Just dropped by to say Hi to all the 'Wingers out there. Just joined the group.
Brief Bio; been riding since I was 16. Started on a Honda SL 125, then a '73 XL 250 (I still have it) then to a CB 550 and finally, my '83 GL 1100 Interstate.
A recent working trip to Pigeon Forge, TN, facilitated a ride on "The Dragon". Had to rent a bike there (one of those noisy Harleys) That is one crooked piece of asphalt!! An absolutely awesome ride. For those unfamiliar with it, there are a claimed 318 turns in 11 miles. Beautiful scenery, if you could take the time to look at it!!
I live on the Oregon Coast, near Tillamook. Not a bad area to ride, as well (weather permitting, it rains a little).
