I just got a RAM mount for my iPhone from www.expressmounts.com
Good price and fast reasonable shipping.
There's a "mount wizard" to enter your device and your ride and it tells you what you need.
It was about $10 cheaper than RAM's site.

Ditto on gpscity.com. I've bought several different RAM mounts for several different accessories from them and they always seem to have everything in stock.
