I just purchased an '07 GW 1800. I want to mount my garmin on the bike...anyone have wiring and mounting instructions?

Also, I want to put a trailer hitch on it, as well...anyone have mounting instruction for the hitch and wiring instruction for the lights?

Appreciate any help.

The hitch will come with instructions but buy a wire harness.
The GPS can be powered from the power plug under the left fairing pocket, You need one of these

Thanks for the info, Joe...previous owner agreed and put one on. Do you think this is better than hardwiring the unit?

Did you hard wire the mount or do you use an aux power plug?

Use the aux plug, they only cost a few dollars and then you can remove it later or use it for something else.
