I have to credit my cheap a$# as motivation for doing the job myself. It wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. I made the seal driver from plastic plumbing and it works great.
Dealer quoted almost $300 for labor to replace the seals.

Whenever you can do your own work it can save you gas money.:2guns:

My dealer charged me $180 for new seals on both sides and that included putting in new springs fork oil, and the cost of the springs; but mine was still under extended warranty which paid for one side.

Jeeze. I'm covered until 2016. For that price I better start blowing a seal. I'll have the Progressive Mono-Tubes on hand when it happens.
