I recently bought my first Goldwing. I have always admired the wings but they did not fit my riding style. I ride a Kawsaki KLR 650 dual-sport. however I found a 1984 Aspencade in realy good shape and could not pass it up and now I am hooked and loving it.

Hi Fellas. I'm a first time Goldwing owner too and i couldn't be happier.I've had other bikes over the years, but the wing will be my last stop...What a machine ! Mine is a GL1800 06, silver, and i have put a lot of stuff on it.I cant believe how good it looks. If i can work out how to do it , i will post a pic in here.I'm in Australia and the only place to buy bits for the wing is in the US....as you obviously know lol
Cheers

Welcome guys (did you set up a consortium before posting or what hehe) nice to see not only one but three new members. I had my 1200 for 8 years and 167,000 miles of joy. Replaced a couple stators and lots of tyres, but other than that, not a whole lot of upkeep other than following the schedule in the shop manual. Graham, I loved Brisbane when I was there, beauatiful city.
