:)At last my conversion kit is on.I have a 1984 goldwing that the stator went out a couple months ago and have been charging 2 batteries over night and keeping my runs down to 250 miles or so max.
I decided to go with the dupli-tech even though it is viewable becase of the feed back from people who have owned them for a while.
My nephew did the install and because it is more less a cut and fit deal it took him a while to get it done in his spare time.He is a perfectionist and that is why I wanted him to do it.

He did a great job and I am overwhelmed with the looks and performance of the generator. It puts out 46 amps at 2000 RPM's and everything works better.I have digital dash and I feel the stator that it came with is and never was up to the job.My radio is much better;my motor runs better.

It has a light to indicate if it is charging or not.If it working right it; only comes on when you first crank it for a split second.

I now have the confidence to ride anywhere.I have heard to many stories of people replacing the stator to have have it go out again with no so many miles on it.If mine ever does go out I can easly take it off and have it redone for about $60 bucks.

Hi chopin Whats with that Avatar picture? At first i thought it was a pig flying past some windows!! Had to look close to see da plane Ha

Got my head light flasher installed, reworked the starter, and now had to repair the kick stand by welding a block on the one end so the bike doesn't lean so far.I got on it the other day, and had one hell of a time to get it straight up so I could take off.I was about to ask a lady passing by for help Ha Ha.. Got home and put it on it's side stand to find it leaning way over. The yoke end had opened up some over time I guess.Even a sledge didn't help for long.
