I may have found a kit for repair of ABS panels. Its 3M Bondo Bumper Repair Kit from local auto parts store. I'm now using it on several small cracks and tears and on one "tit". After I get panels installed I'll do follow up report.

I lied, I'll never do a follow-up.

Hey Carl, I've got one of those tangs or "tits" broke off of one of my side panels, was going to take it to a body shop, I'm curious to see how this stuff works for you.

A great way to repair or replace broken tits is to take modeling clay and make a mold around a tit that is still OK --mix a small amount of resin and hardner and pour it into the mold---let it harden --then remove the clay and you now have a tit you can plastic weld onto the panel ---- it works great and I have saved a lot of friends a lot of money they would have spent on broken panels
