I searched the forums but couldn't find an answer to this.

Let me start by saying that I have other threads inquiring along these lines but thought it best to start another thread so as to not muddy up the waters.

I have found this product, the "PASSENGER AUDIO CONTROLLER", from Big Bike parts and I am wondering is this a "push to talk" for the intercom... as well as the CB? is it the answer to cutting wind noise that I hear talked about?
