I am thinking of flying back east to purchase a GW and ride it back cross country to Oregon...........
Any advise? nye sayers.........?......

I flew to Oregon when I bought my 02 and rode it home to So. Ca. (1100 miles). Figure your cost of getting there and back and see if you are really saving any money. But is a good way to get a vacation and have a great ride home.

Actually I considered doing that before I found mine locally, only I was headed West.

i went west and got my goldwing and rode it all 35 miles home, no need to fly out though
