I think tis falls into the 'what'll they think of next' category. Kind of a unique twist on an existing idea (ring of fire).

I guess that depends where the kit is made. If Americans made this kit I would be happy to buy it. But it would be way low on my priority list.

It certainly makes you more visible, but I wonder if it may not have a negative effect in that folks will be distracted looking at the lights on the wheels and wondering how it works and not watching the road... They do look cool though...
