Can anyone tell me what the air pressure should be for the front shocks on a 93 1500 Aspencade?

The pressure should be 4 lbs - it is really hard to get 4 lbs in there. Just testing the pressure takes a pound or more. Get a guage that measures 1-20 lbs. If you have access to a tank - release it down to 5 to 6 lbs & fill up the fork. If you measure 5 or 6 lbs it's already down to 4 - don't measure it again. Its a small quanity of air. If you release all the air it takes about 1 second. Good luck

Snoopy's right. Do NOT use a service station hose or a high oputput compressor, too much oomph for the forks.

Shock Pressure

Thanks for the help, it is difficult to put so little air in, seems to have improved the suspension, but it could be my imagination. Should be a great weekend for riding the Hill Country Snoopy, Have a great day.

I believe the max pressure is 6 psi. I used a small hand pump which had a gauge on it to add air. It looked like a syringe with a hose attached.
