By chance is there an 'in-line fuse' on the wire for the accessory plug?
It may be one that has the white housing with the glass fuse inside and that section is hidden behind the body work of the Wing.

Plug doesn't work-----the fuse is good but no power. Any suggestions?
How do you know the fuse is good? Continuity check? Meter check? Visual check? If fuse IS good and you have 12+ volts on the hot lead, then the ground must have failed. Try testing the fused line to a known good ground and then test to the ground going to the plug. Another possibility is that what ever appliance you are trying to use is faulty, not the plug.
