[89GL]

Looking for the right sidecover for an 89 GL Red if possible. Looked on ebay already and there's no way I'm paying that when they're new on cyclemax for $112 chrome or raw with grommets for the set. Any help will be appreciated TIA.

Thanks I sure did They have the same ones that cyclemax has but for around $50 or so more. They do have one color matched for me but I can get 2 new ones for $122 and paint them myself or go the chrome route and not worry about paint at all. I was just hoping someone had one laying around and needed to get rid of it lol......

Well John if you want to part with some big bucks you can get the OEM's still it appears. Color matched. These people are great to deal with. I have purchased several items from them.

This is not an uncommon problem on the 1500's. Many get lost as one rides down the road.... the grommets need attention!

There is a guy from the other forum that makes a great tether kit that keeps those covers with the bike.
