Hi folks,

Thanks to many answers fro this forum my Gold Wing is running great! Now for the next challenge.

It has the standard Honda AM/FM? Casette player. The readio reception is terrible, the tape deck does not work at all and it offers no communicaiton between the rider and passenger.

I would like to upgrade to a unit with an FM radio but also has MP3 capability possibly even a satelitte radio connection and definately the ability to answer a cell phone and communicate with my passenger.

How difficult is this going to be and whre should I start looking?

Thanks

I'd contact Sierra Electronics and ask their opinion first. If they don't have a solution, I'd contact an automotive audio specialist and see what they say.

the only radio that will keep the factory intercom is the factory radio on your wing

I appreciate your response but I guess I did not make myself clear I currently do not have any communication/intercom system.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond again.

My very limited knowledge in this area says the J&M is known for the helmet communication systems. Do they also do audio systems?

As far as helmet communication systems go would you recommend J&M and if so why, if I may ask?

Sorry there AKA, when you said Aspencade I assumed your bike had an onboard system that needed repair.
