1994 aspencade help on hazards/blinkers

My hazards/blinkers are not flashing right I push button in and one side blinks left but right side dosent then if I push right turn signal in then i can get both lights to work at the same time any Idea's on how to fix this problem

G,Day mate check all globe,s in all 4 blinker if 1 is blown it might effect the whole system i not sure about the wiring in the US as we dont have the blinker,s lite up when we are riding some bike,s in the US have there blinker,s light,s on all the time then when you turn your blinker on the light will flash Good Luck there is so much wiring in the bike it,s unreal Goldwingman????
