Welcome!

I just got a 2018 Sport Tour DCT (Candy Ardent Red) and my husband got the 2018 Tour DCT (Hawkseye Blue). We love them!

I don't know anything about EZ Passes, just wanted to say "hi".

I guess its the F6B version with no trunk? They list it as a Goldwing with Automatic DCT at the Honda site.

I mounted mine in my windshields. Painted the ez pass black and then Velcro them. I have ridden heavy rains, cold weather and hot as well. Here’s mine

Just came back from a 4-day trip, and ran through 6 or 7 EZpass/Fastlane tolls on the last day. With the transponder sitting upright in the center panel box, it was about 50/50 whether the transponder registered with the toll (even with the lid opened.) Oh well, it was worth trying.

One last update. After the testing with the transponder in the center panel box was not successful, I ended up placing it on the inside of the windshield down low so it is out of my sight line most of the time -- which I guessed would be the final outcome. A reasonable compromise.

Thanks.

I have used my I Pass on my SilverWing on top of the left pocket. Secured with the same 3M lock fasteners they give you for your car windshield. I have just bought a 2018 GW Tour DCT. I will pick up in a few days. I would not put it under the air flow vent. But I am thinking of securing it just to the left of that. The 3M fasteners work very well. I move it from my car to the bike. I was considering the the wind screen also.
