I am looking into getting a Goldwing and I found a 2001 with 89K miles on it. Maintained properly every 5k miles and has new tires, new battery, new brake pads, all recalls taken care of.
Guy is asking 5600 but has come down to 5300. First is that a good year for the bike and is that a good price for the year, etc.
Thank you in advance,
Hello and welcome to the forum from Michigan. I would not be afraid of a bike as you have described, I have a 2003 with 86,000+ on it and have no problems, rode 18,000 last summer with no issues. Lots of good people and information to be had here.

Welcome from Richmond, Va. My 04 has 84k and it still runs like new. From what you have described, and price, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy that bike. Great many of us are still driving first generation goldwings without any problems. Good luck.
Welcome to the GWOF and, if it works out, good luck on your purchase. Wings are good for a lot of enjoyable miles so don't let the mileage scare you.
