The USB part gets plugged into a power source and the AUX cable plugs into the other side of the USB dongle. Hopefully that makes sense. If not I could take a pic for you.

Yes, The USB part of this device is there only to obtain power. The Output is a female 3.5mm socket that you plug the AUX Cable into.

It can be a bit confusing since the whole thing actually looks exactly like a USB Memory Stick except for the 3.5 mm socket that the AUX Cable plugs into.

That looks like my setup. But not in the trunk in the Left glove box.
? put that kind of bluetooth adaptor to the usb port which is added bu the previus owner to the glove box. And the aux cable is plugged to the adaptor.
? get sound by that but the sound quality was not good enough.
A? i mentioned i ride to a Shop and asked the Problem.
They Said that there is not problem via the connections. On gl1800 aux cable doesnt support Stereo sound, only radio and usb slot in the trunk supports Stereo.
? think i will have to buy an ipod to listen my music stored on apple music with good sound quality.

BY the way few add ons donem to my bike
Surprise photos will be realesed this evening

FWIW, when I initially installed this device I was using one of those USB Cigarette Lighter Adapter Power Supplies. Like they sell in convenience stores and give away at business conventions, which is where I obtained my collection. In any case, for the sake of convenience I bought and installed a dedicated 2.1 amp USB Power Outlet. WOW! That made a huge difference in the fidelity of the music I played through it. So either this Bluetooth Module needs more power than the cheap USB Adapters can supply -and/or- the cheap USB Cigarette Lighter Adapters generate enough static in the power supply for the Bluetooth Module that it affects it in a negative way.

Here's link to the Dedicated USB Power Supply that I bought ($11.59) and installed in the glove box where the AUX Cable is:

the better power supply can increase the sound quality of bluetooth adaptor but still the aux cable carries the sound to the bikes audio system.
If the thing which the service told me is true and if i can not get stereo sound via aux then quality bluetooth adaptor and better usb power supply wont make dramatic changes. Listening mono music in 2017 is unacceptable.
I will uninstall the bluetooth module and again plug the aux cable to the phone and try to listen carefully the music. Is it mono or stereo ? If i believe that it's mono then will ride to a car audio specialist and ask for his opinion.
I really dont want to buy an ipod to carry in the trunk
And if i buy an ipod i will habe to buy hundreds of songs from Itunes and really dont want to pay digital music which i can listen on the internet freely.

Listen to some Pink Floyd. Specifically the beginning of "Time" from "The Dark Side of the Moon" album. That'll tell ya real quick if it's Stereo or not.

I just listened to CCR's version of Susie Q. Also a great stereo test.
I played the song on my iPhone running through this Bluetooth Module that is plugged into the 3.5mm AUX Jack.
I clearly have stereo coming through.
So . . . It works!
Oh Yea!
