I don't care they still taste good.

Hey does that mean I can just pour the milk directly into the box & get a more nutritious meal?

Saturday when I was riding back in the dark, I pressed the Reverse switch instead of my Cruise Control. My lights went completely off but I continued to go forward (thank goodness)....Question is: Is this something that is not advised or can it be done without damage? Just thought I could use that instead of Hi Beam - Low Beam.

Well...since you asked.
1. I could flash a truck to let him know it is safe to come over.
2. I could alert a rider in front of me.
3. Can't think of a 3rd reason, but I'm sure there is one.

And using the High/Low switch is harder??

I don't know the answer to your question but it seems to me unless you wanted to go backwards you wouldn't use that switch.

I will agree with you if using the switch is bad for my bike. Otherwise, it could become another weapon on my 007 mobile.
