I sprayed and killed those. After a closer look at the photo it turns out that what I thought was fur on the spider was actually baby spiders!

I later learned it was a female wolf spider and she carries her babies until they are old enough to feed on their own.

if killing a spider can make it rain (old superstition), i wonder what happens with thousands of them?

I don't like spiders and not a fan of the New Mexico variety called "Tarantula" either.

Remember " Charlotte's Web " ? It gave me a new respect for spiders. Spiders are my friends . The World Wide Web was named that in their honor.

I really liked my pet tarantula. My brother sure didn't though, he has a phobia about spiders.

I try to leave spiders alone because they eat mosquitoes, but it really sucks to get a face full of spider web.
