Thumbs up I got it!

I've been waiting a long time to get one of these, it's a 1/6" scale Guiloy GL1500. I got it for $76.00 and the original price tag was in the box, someone spent $119.99 for it.

In the 1500 replicas there is also a nonmetallic red. I have that one also.
All it takes is one to get a collection going. I'm only missing 2, a blue GL1800 1/12 scale and a red GL1800 1/6.

Reminds me of my 98 GL1500SE. Loved that bike.

Pretty cool stuff.

I gave up collecting "things"...well, actually, I was um, convinced not to collect stuff anymore.

I have heard about but have not seen a diecast replica GL1500 that lights up, that one is probably hard to find and if one can be found be prepared to spend a lot of $$$$ on it. I've seen some 'Rabid' bidders on Ebay take a hard to find replica and get the price up from $50.00 to $200.00. I didn't want it that bad.
I've got not only the Goldwing collection, but U.S.Navy Bluejackets manuals from WWII to present, U.S. Navy ship commissioning coins and obsolete W.A.V.E.S. hats.

I also got a 1500 made by KOLBE ,it has a flashing head light, makes motoe sound and a mans voice that says "Let's Ride." Oooh yaa it's red and it bigger then that other 1500. I'd sell but haven't any idea what it might be worth.

That's different and something like that the collectors would go mad over and fight to get it. They'd be trying to out bid each other. I have no idea what its worth, but it is unique and it must be a limited run item. I did a Google search and even it couldn't find the manufacturers name. Hold on to it, its probably very rare.
