Thanks guy's, you are good mates. Today I found out that I have damage to my heart walls. So I need to loose more weight, get that BP down a bit more and then back to the specialist early next year.
It looks like a lot more hard work coming up.

When all else fails.......... use a hammer!

You take good care my friend, I had a Q wave on an ECG back in my flying days. Not serious or damaging but any cardio incident is cause to be careful and take steps in the appropriate fashion.

grab all the kicks you can baby, you only make this scene once!

A Bit More Choke -

Hey Eric - Wishing you all the best in your efforts to bring your blood pressure down a few more notches. I went through a similar effort while struggling with my weight a few years ago.

While on contract in Australia I seemed to keep everyone laughing as I initially worked my way through the proper language etiquette. After dinner one arvo at the home of senior mangement I complimented his missus by saying - "That was a wonderful meal - I'm stuffed".

A couple of old stirrer mates in Mackay still call me a POME, especially when it's my shout. My favorite responce I heard in a pub after an argument was - A bit more choke and you'd have started..........

Good Luck - Michael
